Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoundBoss mobile application ("App") operated by Nasyana Corp ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
RoundBoss is a training round timer application designed for fitness and athletic training. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to access the App
2. Account Registration
You may create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium Features
RoundBoss offers premium features through in-app subscriptions ("RoundBoss Premium"). Premium features include additional themes, sound themes, and other enhanced functionality.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, audio, and content, is owned by Nasyana Corp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any workout data and configurations you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Health and Safety Disclaimer
RoundBoss is a timer tool, not a medical or fitness advisor.
- The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program
- You are solely responsible for your safety during training
- We are not liable for any injury resulting from training activities performed while using the App
- The AI voice parsing feature provides suggested configurations that you should review before starting a session
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nasyana Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
