Nasyana Corp ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RoundBoss mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name
• Authentication provider data (Apple ID or Google account identifier)

Workout Data

We collect information about your training sessions, including:

• Session configurations (rounds, duration, rest periods)
• Workout completion history and statistics
• Templates you create and save

Voice Data

When you use the voice setup feature, your speech is processed by on-device speech recognition (Apple Speech or Google Speech Services) and sent to Google's Gemini AI for parsing into session configurations. We do not store raw audio recordings. Transcribed text is processed in real-time and not retained after your session is configured.

Device Information

We may automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Crash reports and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Store and sync your workout history across devices
• Process voice commands into training session configurations
• Send workout reminders and notifications (with your permission)
• Process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions
• Analyze app usage to improve performance and features

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database storage, cloud storage, and AI processing. Firebase Privacy Policy

• Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In — Secure authentication without sharing your password with us
• Google Gemini AI — Voice transcript parsing for session configuration (text only, no audio)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase Cloud Firestore and Firebase Cloud Storage, hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Firebase Security Rules restricting data access to authenticated users
• No plaintext storage of passwords (handled by Firebase Authentication)

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can:

• Delete your account — Use the "Delete Account" button in Settings. This permanently removes your authentication credentials and associated data.
• Request data deletion — Contact us at the email below to request deletion of all your data.

6. Children's Privacy

RoundBoss is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of certain data processing

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
